US Ambassador to ITU (or something) addressed ISOC-DC on what happened in Dubai. There’s a Telecom Treaty. It’s up for renewal. “I need to go to the ITU.” Yes. Why? There’s a division on Internet governance from delegations at Dubai. Etc. Etc.
